Vibration Plate Strength Training develops greater strength within the athletes connective tissue, improving both muscle and joint strength. Research has shown that Vibration Plate Strength training can increase bone strength which is just as important in athletes as developing muscle strength.
As a former Australian Mens Netballer and current coach within the elite levels of netball, Greg utilises the most up to date exercises that develop a key foundation of strength for athletes but also allow athletes to advance at their own pace. Athletes have shown increases in their vertical jump, agility, core strength, flexibility as well as shown significant improvement towards decreasing the risk of knee and ankle injuries.
Sessions are designed specifically for the age and level of the individual athlete making these perfect for younger athletes wishing to improve their overall strength as well as those at the elite level looking to target a specific area to improve their game.
Sessions are suited to athletes aged 10+ up.
